There are several different ways to add organizations to a Client Manager.
- Create a new organization
- Create several new organizations
- Add existing organizations to a current CM
- Add organizations to a new CM
Create a new organization
Requires access to CM as administrator or super administrator
- Select Organizations > All organizations from the side menu
- Click on the Add organization button at the top right
- Fill in the form here, e.g. Parent company is indicated if this also belongs to the organization.
Add multiple new organizations
Sometimes there is a need to add multiple organizations simultaneously, e.g. when we set up a new group.
Be sure first to configure CM to set up the correct subscriptions and features https://support.boardeaser.com/hc/sv/articles/7781400615058.
- Select Organizations > All organizations from the side menu.
- Click the side arrow of the Add Organization button and select Create multiple organizations.
- Fill in the name and organization number and create the organizations.
Add existing organizations to a current CM
This requires that you are an administrator in the organization and the CM.
- Select Organizations > All organizations in the side menu.
- Click the side arrow of the Add Organization button and select Add Existing Organizations.
- Organizations that the logged-in user is an Administrator in are visible here.
- Click to invite organizations. The organizations that are already connected to another CM cannot be added.
Add organizations to a new CM.
This option applies to group existing organizations with a CM for invoicing.
- Log in to Manage and locate the current CM under Organization > Client managers
- Click on CM Organizations at the top right.
- Click on New CM Organization at the top right.
- Locate the Organization ID under Manage > Organization > Organizations.
To avoid giving the wrong user access to organizations, the following applies in Manage:
- Adding organizations to a CM is impossible if there are users.
- It is not possible to add users to a CM if there are organizations.
