With a few keystrokes, you can download all the content stored in Boardeaser or select specific files and folders. This is an easy way to access, for example, all meeting documents that are automatically stored in Boardeaser.
To get to the document archive, click "Documents" "All documents" in the left menu.
Download all files and folders
To download everything, select the checkbox in the top-left corner, then click Export. This will start exporting all files to a zip file.
You can also add them manually, one by one, by checking the boxes.
Export selected files and folders
To download only the meeting materials stored in Boardeaser, just select the "Meetings" folder. Then, click Export. All meeting material, including e-signed minutes, will be downloaded in a zip file.
