Decision follow up in reports

To add decision follow up to the creation of reports, click the "Add element" button.

Then select the element "Decisions follow up".

Now you can choose from all decisions in the organization by clicking "Select decision".

Select the decisions to include in the report by clicking "Add".

Now, the decision follow up is included in the report.
