In addition to being able to administer the organisations, it is possible to set it so that the administrator is also displayed by name in user lists in the organisation’s boardrooms. This means the user appears in lists for editing reports, being invited to meetings, and similar activities. Furthermore, the organisation is also shown in the user’s "My organisations" list.
Here is how to set which users should appear in user lists for an organisation:
- Select "Organisations" > "All organisations" in the left menu
- Click on the three dots (···) to the right of the organisation name in the list
- Select "Edit"
- Click on "Administrator settings"
- Tick the option "Show in user list" for one or more client manager users
- Finish with "Save"
