If you have created roles in one organisation, you can share them between organisations as a template package.

Start by clicking Tools > Template library in the left menu. Under the "Publish template" tab, click the "Publish package" button.
Enter Title*, Description*. Then set Creator*, Visibility*, and whether the template package requires a code to be accessed.
Next, select the roles to be included in the template package. You can advantageously search for "org" to bring up the organisation's roles. When you are satisfied, click "Publish".
In the next step, you can share the template package directly with people by clicking "Add," selecting people, and finishing by clicking the "Send" button.
To retrieve the template package in other organisations, click Tools > Template library in the left menu for the specific organisation. Under the "Import template" tab, click "Save" next to the template package you want to import.
