Organization settings for:
Organization settings
All organizational settings are under Administration > Settings in the left menu. Then click on "Advanced Settings". Make the desired changes, and they are saved automatically.
Organization
Set what your organization looks like. How many employees are there? What does the ownership structure or board structure look like? This information is the basis for functions such as Compliance.
You can learn more about configuring Compliance in the guide Use compliance.
Security
Enable two-factor authentication requirements
Require your users to authenticate with extra security keys or Swedish BankID. At least one member needs to activate two-factor authentication first.
Information in email messages
Control the amount of information printed in email messages. Enable the setting if the board accepts information, such as assigned decisions and to-do tasks, to be printed in emails. Leave the setting unchecked if the board wants users to log in to access information (for added security).
Apperance
It is possible to customise the appearance of the organization by choosing colors in the form of:
-
Custom color themes: A color theme that sets the colours for financial dashboards, graphs, and graph widgets. Choose from:
- Bright
- Classic (default)
- Contrasted
- Custom color themes: Color themes created in the organization.
- Shared color themes: Color themes created and shared by a Client manager to the organization.
Please note that published reports will not be updated if you change the theme. Drafts are updated in the interface (but the PDF file needs to be regenerated).
- Brand color that can be used in reports.
Handle custom color themes
To create your own colour theme, you can click the "Handle custom color themes" button.
If you have created your own color themes, you can find them here.
From here, you can set the name*, primary color* and line color in graphs* for widgets, add colors for bar and pie charts and interval colors. Then click "Save" or "Save and use"

Meetings
Set meeting settings for the organization. Here, you can manage advanced settings for meetings and your meeting process. You can set how meetings should be numbered, how you want them adjusted, and when summons and reports should be compiled before a meeting.
It is also possible to set whether the organization number should be printed in meeting materials such as agendas and minutes, by selecting "Display organization number in meeting material". This requires that there be an organization number entered in the organization information. See the guide: Change organizational information. NOTE! The setting affects only meetings created after it is turned on.
Continuous numbering means that the numbering of new agenda items is determined by the highest number of the most recent agenda item. For example, meeting 1 contains agenda items 1-14. Meeting 2 will start from agenda item 15.
E-signature
Set how the organization should handle e-signing in the system. It is recommended that all minutes be signed via BankID, but you can choose which e-signature solution you prefer for other documents.
Hide social security numbers in e-signed documents. If this setting is enabled, the certificate at the end of the signed document will not include the social security number of those who have signed. Changing the setting does not affect documents or minutes that have already been sent for e-signature.
To enable the signing options, select "Sign minutes using the same methods as other documents" (see image above).
Language
The board can choose that automatically generated texts, such as board minutes, should be in a specific language, regardless of the language the board's users have individually set.
The users themselves can set a different language than the organization. Please take a look at the Administrate user account.
Board year
Manage the board's operations throughout the year. Here, you can set the start dates of the financial year and the board year, as well as the submission dates for various reports.
Economy
Establish the process for reporting and follow-up on finances within your board.
Contract
Manage who receives email reminders for contracts with approaching end or termination dates. All contracts with an end date or last day for termination within three months are displayed. Here, you can also specify how often the reminders should be sent.
Email reminders linked to specific contracts will be sent to the person in charge, regardless of this setting.
Tasks
Configure how tasks are generated for your board.
