In order to upload accounting data from an integration, it must first be activated.

To upload accounting data from integrations, the integrations must first be activated. For help activating integrations, follow any of these guides:

Start by clicking "Financials" and then "Data management" in the left menu. Under the "Accounting" tab, click the "Import from ERP system" button.
Select the ERP system and mark that accounting should be imported. Then click on "Import from ERP system".
NOTE: if this button is not visible, the integration is not configured. See the instructions above for how to do this for each integration.
For Group companies, click on "Group Financials" > "Group Consolidation" in the left menu.
Under the tab “Legal accounting” > "Accounting data", press the button “Import from accounting system”.
NOTE: if the "Import from ERP system"-button is not visible, the integration is not configured. See the instructions above for how to do this for each integration.
NOTE! if it is import for group, check that all companies appear in this view, otherwise either the user does not have access to that company, or the integration is not activated.

Depending on which of the four import options is activated, different information is displayed in the box that appears. You may need to press the “down” arrow to the left of the company name to see the options.
Select the date to import the accounts to (only for individual organizations, for group imports it will automatically be today's date).
Click on “Import from ERP system” to transfer accounting and any other data to Boardeaser.
Note that you can only import accounts from the current accounting year, so if there are two years to import for, you must make two imports.
When the import is completed correctly, it will say Finished instead of Ready on each line.

Invoice information
If you have activated the import of customer and supplier invoices and voucher attachments in connection with the integration, you can get an overview of these by going to "Financials" > "Data management" > "Accounting" and clicking on the Invoices tab.
You can search for individual customers/suppliers, enter the date and invoice type, and the graph will be customized from there.
Information about each invoice is then displayed at the bottom, and you can click on the invoice number to get information about the voucher numbers.
