If you want to test the financial visualisations on dashboards and reports without having access to the company's Sie4 files, you can activate demo data. This means that fictitious accounting data is imported for the past three years.
Go to Financials > Data Management and click on "Activate demo data". Then the three fictitious sie4 files are imported, one per year.
When you import the company's real sie4 files, these are set as active; in other words, you do not need to delete the fictitious files, but we recommend that you remove them anyway via the three-dot icon (···). If you want to restore everything, you also need to delete the financial years that were created at the same time; you do this on the tab with the same name.
