This guide provides a simple introduction to all sections under Financials in the left-hand menu. Here you can upload accounting and key figures, enter your budget, and get an overview via dashboards, as well as profit-and-loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports. If you have the Liquidity Forecast product, it is also located under Finance in the left-hand menu.
Dashboard
Once the accounting has been imported, you will get an overview of your performance under the Dashboard tab. You can use our ready-made dashboards or create your own based on your needs.
Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Report
Under Profit and Loss Report, Balance Sheet Report and Cash Flow Report, you will find ready-made reports showing your performance. You can also customise reports based on your needs.
Budget
Under Budget, you import your budget via an Excel template. The Excel template can be downloaded completely empty or with suggestions based on last year's outcome and/or budget. You can set a budget for the entire organisation or for specific business areas. It is also possible to plan several years ahead by creating multiple budget files.
Components
Under Components, you build your report tables, graphs, widgets or row templates. These can then be used in your reports or dashboards.
Data Management
Under Data Management, you import accounting data, either via integration with an accounting programme or an accounting file. Once the accounting is in the system, you can directly visualize a large number of graphs and report tables in dashboards. There are also profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports under the respective sections on the left.
Under you will find Business Areas. Here, you set up whether your account is assigned to different cost centres, projects, or other dimensions. Under Data Management, you will also find KPIs, where you can import other data points that you want to include in your reports or dashboards.
Once you have imported everything and made all the settings under Data Management, you can start building reports and your own dashboards.
