This guide provides an overview introduction to Financials, intending to help readers understand how to start working with reporting in Boardeaser and what opportunities the system offers.
Boardeaser enables a high degree of automation in monthly and quarterly reporting, both legal and operational. The system supports the level of reporting that is needed.
Once accounting files have been loaded, Boardeaser automatically generates many graphs and tables presented in a system-generated dashboard.
If the budget is read in, there is also an automatic follow-up against the budget.
These standard tables and graphs can also be used to build custom Dashboards and reports.
In cases where tables and graphs do not meet reporting needs, standard graphs and tables can be rebuilt to suit needs or new ones can be built from scratch. Data not in the accounting can be imported to be used in graphs and tables like data from the accounting. This can be used to produce key figures such as results per employee.
Data from accounting can be structured based on the dimensions such as cost centres and projects used in accounting by creating Business Areas, for example, to create automated project reporting.
Data from different business areas and groups of different subsidiaries can be combined and compared via labels to compare marketing costs in these areas or subsidiaries.
