Share an agenda template between boards
First, make sure to save the agenda template you want to share. Read more about how to do this in Create an agenda template
1. Click on Tools > Template library in the left menu.
2. Click on the “Publish template” tab.
3. Select “Publish” for the relevant template in the list.
4. Enter a description and creator. For Visibility, you can choose “Private” (then the template can be downloaded by all users in all boards you are part of) or “Hidden” (then the template can only be downloaded by you in all boards you are part of). Then click the "Publish" button.
Ignore the next step where the template can be shared with other users.
5. Go to the organisation where you want to download the agenda template.
Click Tools > Template library in the left menu. Under the "Import template" tab, save the agenda template by clicking "Save" for the relevant template.
The template will then be available for you (and other users in the board) when you create a new agenda.
