To see the status of e-signature cases, click "Documents" and "E-signatures" in the left menu.
E-signature cases where you have not signed are under the "Needs my signature" tab. You see the status of signing under "Status".
Click the "Sign" button to sign the e-signature case or the "Remind" button to remind users to sign.
E-signature cases where you have already signed or are not to sign are under the "Needs other's signature" tab. Click the "Remind" button to remind users to sign.
Update the status of the e-signature case
If you want to update the status of an e-signature case, you can click on the icon with three dots (···). Then select the “Update status” option.
