To find a signature case assigned to you, first click "Documents", then "E-signatures" in the left menu. Under the "Needs my signature" tab, some cases require your signature. To sign, click the "Sign" button.
If, for various reasons, you do not want to sign the document, you can either reject a signing or cancel a signing case. See guides: Reject a signature or Cancel an ongoing e-signature case.
At the bottom of the document, click the "Sign now" option. Click that button.
Signing with BankID by following the instructions that appear.
Signing options
If it has been set that the document can be signed with alternatives to BankID (SMS, Touch), click on "Signing options" instead.
The settings to set which signing options should be allowed in the organization are found under "Administration" > "Settings" in the left menu, then "Advanced settings" > "E-signing".
Then choose from the different signing options and follow the instructions.
When the document has been signed, it will appear under the "Needs others' signature" or "Recently signed" tab, depending on whether all signatories have signed it.
It could also appear under the "Rejected signatures" tab if someone has rejected the signature.
Signed documents
Under "Documents" and then "All documents" in the left menu, you can also see the status of the documents. The documents sent for e-signature display different icons indicating whether the document is being signed or has already been signed.
