Guide library
Boardeaser offers an extensive guide library that provides step-by-step instructions and illustrations to help you navigate challenges or unfamiliar situations. You can reach the guide library through the Boardeaser website. Under the “Customer Service” tab, you can find the way to our support page by clicking on Support, or Boardeaser guide library.

If you don't find an answer to your problem or concerns in the guides, please feel free to send a support case to our support staff. You can either use our form, which you can find here, or send an email directly to the address support.boardeaser.com.
For faster processing, be as concrete and clear as you can in the case description. You can also attach images to more clearly show what you need help with. Support staff will then process your case and get back to you.
Support button
When logged in to Boardeaser, you always have access to the dark grey “Support” button located in the bottom left corner. Here, you can search directly for guides from our guide library. If a matching guide is found, it will appear in the box. You can then click on the guide and directly delve into the topic. Some guides also have a video clip that illustrates how to proceed. You can watch the video clip without leaving the page you are on in Boardeaser.
Use the support button
Start by clicking on the blue "Support" button.
Type what you need help with within the search field, and then click return. The relevant articles for your search are listed. Choose which article you want to read.
The article will be visible in the box. If there is a movie clip, you can watch it without leaving the page you are on in Boardeaser. You can open the guide in a new view by pressing the icon within the title. Scroll down to read more of the article. If you do not find what you want, click the "Contact us" button.
Please provide your name and email address and describe the problem you need help with. You can also attach photos. Then, click the "Send" button to finish.
