This guide explains what is included in the company information in the Shareholder Register, as well as how to edit the details, change the vote distribution, and add provisions.

What does the company information show?
To view the company information, click Shareholder Register in the left-hand menu and select the Company information tab. Here you will find an overview of the company's basic details:
- Share capital, assigned number of shares and quota: Shows total share capital and number of shares. The quota value is calculated automatically (share capital divided by number of shares). If the quota value is incorrect, it is usually because an incorrect share capital or number of shares has been entered.
- Current shareholder register series: Shows a summary of the company's existing share series, including share type, series start, and series end for each series.
- Vote allocation per share class: Shows how many votes each share class gives per share (e.g. A, B, and C shares as well as preference and common stock).
- Other information: Notes, provisions, and related documents linked to the share register.
How to edit company information and vote distribution
When you create the share register, basic share classes are defined, but you can add, customize, or update them at any time.
- Go to Shareholder Register in the left menu and then click the Company information tab.
- Click the three-dot icon (···) in the top right corner.
- Select Edit company information.
What can you change?
When you are in editing mode, you can manage the following settings:
1. Vote allocation per share class
Adjust how many votes each share in the respective share class should carry:
- Enter the desired number of votes per share in the field for the respective share class.
- If you want to undo changes, you can choose to reset all values to default.
2. Provisions and other settings
Enter and activate relevant provisions or specifications for the share register:
- Provisions on pre-emptive rights
- Offer of first refusal
- Consent requirement
- Physical certificates issued
3. Other information
Add custom notes and attach related documents linked to the shareholder register.
Save your changes
When you have made all the desired adjustments, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes to the share register.
