To share a created table between your organizations, click "Financials" and then "Components" in the left menu. Then select the "Report-tables" tab to see the organization's tables. Click the title of the table you want to share between organizations.
Click the icon with the three dots (···) in the upper right, then select "Copy configuration to other organizations". Then select which organization(s) you want to copy the table to. The table will be immediately available in the selected organizations.
