You can view the changelog for an agenda or minutes.
First, you need to be in the agenda/minutes edit view. To do so, click Meetings > All meetings in the left menu. Then, click "Edit agenda" or "Edit minutes," depending on whether it is an agenda or minutes.
In the edit view for either the minutes or the agenda, click the icon with three dots (···) and select the option "Changelog".
From this view, you can see changes related to the agenda/minutes, such as changes to the minutes text, presenters, decisions/to-do tasks, etc.
