Overview
A Client Manager is used by organisations that have multiple companies in Boardeaser and want to manage them in an overview.
Components and reports can be created in a Client Manager and distributed to desired organisations. It is also possible to import legal accounting from here.
Depending on which add-ons the "main organisation" has, the appearance in a Client Manager varies.
Users in Client Manager
Users who have access to a Client Manager do not need to be users in each respective organisation; it is sufficient to have permission to the organisation via the Client Manager. Users who only need to view individual organisations can be added from either the Client Manager or the respective organisation. For further information, refer to the sections "Users" and "Administration" below.
Navigating the Client Manager
After logging in to Boardeaser, you will find your Client Manager under "My organisations" at the top centre.
There are sections for "Client Managers" and "Boardrooms" (i.e., individual organisations).
Click on the name of the Client Manager to navigate to that location.
On the left edge, the sections you have access to are visible. The overview is automatically expanded, and "Overview" is highlighted when you enter "Client Manager" via the choice under "My organisations", as this is the home page.
Overview
Here you can access statistics, audits and annual reports for the companies included in the Client Manager.

Users
Here you will find all users linked to an organisation administered by this Client Manager.
From here, you add users to the associated organisations, see the guide Add users to organisations via Client Manager. It is not possible to remove users from individual organisations here; this must be done in the respective organisation. See the guide How do I remove a user from the organisation?
Organisations
Here you can add organisations to the Client Manager, and also create new individual organisations, see the guide Add organisations to Client Manager as well as remove organisations, see the guide Remove organisation from Client Manager.
Here you also get an overview of each organisation's board members, shareholders and group structure. It is also possible to create categories for the organisations.
You can also see which companies have subscriptions or not. Companies that have been terminated but where the notice period has not yet expired are listed under "Without subscription".
Report templates
Here, you create report templates that can be distributed to all or individual organisations belonging to the Client Manager. Read more in the guide Publish and distribute report templates from Client Manager.
Financials
Here, you can create Dashboards, components, and allocate them to organisations, as well as import accounting data.

Documents
Here, all documents that have been sent for e-signature or distributed from each respective organisation are saved.

Here, there are additional settings to make in the Client Manager under each respective section.

Here, you can create and manage roles (which can be used in conjunction with permissions) for the organisations.
