Once a minute has been reviewed, it is locked for further editing. If you want to go back and edit the minutes, you first need to request changes to unlock them.
Start by clicking "Request changes" at the bottom of the "Reviewed" step in the meeting overview:
Confirm by clicking "Request changes".
You will then return to the "Minutes" step. Click "Edit minutes".
Approve the minutes again
After editing the minutes, click the "Comments and review" button.
Click the "Mark minutes as done" button.
If you wish to send the review minutes to the reviewer, click "Send to reviewer". Otherwise, click "Mark as reviewed" to proceed directly to the next step.
You will then return to the "Reviewed" step. Click "Approve" to approve the minutes. They will be locked again, and the next step is to e-sign them.
