If something in a signing case is incorrect and needs to be changed, you, as the signer, can choose to reject the signature.
Follow these steps to reject a signature:
First, click the Sign button.
Scroll to the bottom of the document and click the "I cannot sign" button.
Select the option "I don't want to sign the document".
(Optional) Write a comment explaining why you are rejecting the signature (e.g., what needs to be changed).
Click "Reject now" to complete.
💡 What happens next? If it is a minute, it will revert to edit mode, and the administrator or person responsible can correct the minutes before it is sent out for signing again.
If the signing case concerns a document from the document archive, the person responsible needs to send out a new signing case for the updated document.
