It is possible to set the item type for an agenda item or a minutes item.
The different item types that can currently be selected are:
- Item type not specified
- Decision item
- Discussion item
- Formality item
- Information item
- Decision follow-up
- Meetings follow-up
- Report follow-up
- Tasks follow-up

Decision item, Discussion item, Point of formality and Information item
These item types only indicate the type of agenda item the item should be defined as. The principle is the same for all of them, i.e., it is possible to add agenda text, preparatory minutes notes, and appendices.
Decision follow-up
You can add decisions created in Boardeaser directly to agenda/minute items. Click the "Add decision" button, then select one of the organization's decisions to add to the item. Added decisions in the agenda will appear in the meeting overview.

Report follow-up
You can add reports created in Boardeaser directly to agenda/minute items. Click the "Add reports" button and select from the organization's published reports to add to the item. Added reports in the agenda will appear in the meeting overview.
