The default setting in Boardeaser is that meeting agenda and minutes items start from number 1. It is possible to set up meetings to follow continuous numbering so that agenda and minutes items are numbered from the last item on the previous meeting's agenda or minutes. If the first meeting has 10 agenda/minute items, the second meeting will start at number 11.
Change the starting numbering of the agenda and minutes items.
To change the numbering of agenda and minute items, the "Continuous numbering" setting must be activated. To do so, follow the steps below:
You can access Advanced Settings by clicking Administration > Settings in the left menu, then clicking the "Advanced Settings" button at the top right.
Click the "Meetings" tab or scroll to the "Meetings" section. Select the "Continuous numbering" option and save your settings.
When enabled, the item numbers on new agendas are suggested to continue from the highest previous item number. Changing this setting does not affect any previously created agendas or minutes.
Change numbering when writing agendas and minutes
When writing the agenda or minutes, click on the "Agenda" or "Minutes" tab, then select the icon with three dots (···) and choose "Change numbering".
Set the desired starting number for continuous numbering and click Save.
After that, the numbering for the agenda and minutes items is changed.
