In Boardeaser, you can easily create monthly reports for the board and external owners. In under an hour, you can get started with professional reporting!
-
Click on the "Reports" tab and then "Create report." You can also download ready-made report templates from the "Tools" and "Template Library" tabs in the left menu.
-
If you have downloaded a report template, you can click on it at the top to start from the template; otherwise, you can create your first report yourself and save it as a template for next time.
-
The report's top right has a date field. You can start by selecting the period you want to report (e.g., last month).
-
You can now add elements for headings, text, graphs, tables, columns, and images to the report template.
-
You can add elements in the middle of the report by hovering over a row and then clicking the plus sign on an existing item. You can also move rows/elements up and down in the report with the up/down arrows.
-
In the PDF version of the report, you can set whether an item should start on a new page (click the cog on the item).
-
You can save the report as a PDF by clicking on the icon at the top right. NOTE: After saving, a PDF is generated in the background, so it may take a few minutes to download or update it.
-
When you finish the report, click "Save and view" and check the box "Save as template". Then, you only need to upload the data from the next period to report again.
-
Publish to the board by clicking "Invite and publish" and selecting the recipient.
