This function automates reporting in your organization. It works on report templates for both Client Managers and individual organizations.
Scheduling in organization
Go to Financials > Report templates in an organization or select Report templates directly in the left menu if you are a Client Manager. Click the three dots at the bottom right of an existing report template and select "Scheduling" and then "New Scheduling".
You will then get this view:
The from date is the first end date for the financial data in the report. Therefore, it should be the last day of the first month to which the report refers. For example, if the first report is to be sent in October but refers to September, the from date should be 30 September.
The delay is the number of days from the end date in the report until the report is created. If the accounting is imported within the first nine days of the month, you can set the delay to 10 days. In the example above, the report will be created on October 10, but refer to data up to September 30.
The settings "Save as draft" and "Publish immediately" mean that the report is only saved in draft mode for you or published in the organization. If you want it to be made available for editing by multiple users in draft mode, click "Invite" and select individual users or everyone with a specific permission, function or role in the user list. "Invite" in combination with "Publish directly" means that the report will be available according to the selected settings. In both cases, the system sends e-mails to those invited.
Scheduling in Client Manager
Scheduling in a Client Manager works the same as in an individual organization, with the addition that you can set the scheduling to be active in all organizations. If you want to choose different settings for different organizations, you create several schedules, one per organization.
