To share reports between organizations, you must first create a report template. Read here about how to do it.
When a report template is created and saved, it can be found in "Template Library" under "Tools" in the left tab. To find your saved templates, they can be found under the "Publish template" tab. Click "Publish" to share with other organizations or users.
Here, you can choose whether you or the organization will be the creator. Also, click on the visibility you want the report template to have. If you select "Public," all users in Boardeaser will have access to the report template, and "Private" visibility will only give access to the members of your organization. If you select "Hidden," only selected members will have access.
After you click "Publish", you can share the report template with other users. If you publish the report template as "Hidden", it may be important to do so.
Other organizations or users can access your report template in "Template Library" under "Tools" in the left tab. If you shared the report template as "Private" or "Hidden", the shared report template will end up under "Private/hidden templates". Here, you can choose to save the template, and then it will end up on "Report Templates" under "Reports" in the left menu.
