To share reports between organizations, you must first create a report template. Read here about how to do it.
When a report template is created and saved, it can be found in "Template Library" under "Tools" in the left tab. To find your saved templates, go to the "Publish template" tab. Click "Publish" to share with other organizations or users.
Here, you can choose whether you or the organization will be the creator. Also, click the visibility you want for the report template. If you select "Public," all users in Boardeaser will have access to the report template, and "Private" visibility will only give access to the members of your organization. If you select "Hidden," only selected members will have access.
After you click "Publish", you can share the report template with other users. If you publish the report template as "Hidden", it may be important to do so.
Now other organizations or users can access your report template by clicking Tools > Template Library in the left menu. Locate shared report packages and click the "Save" button. You will then be able to find saved report templates by clicking Reports > Report Templates in the left menu.
