Save the agenda
There are different options for creating an agenda. You can start from scratch by adding items by pressing the "Add Item" button or by selecting a heading and pressing the "Add an item?" button.
It is also possible to import saved templates by clicking the "import from a template" button. It is also possible to add items after importing a template.
When you are done, click the icon with the three dots (···) and select "Save as template" to use the agenda as a template in the future. Name your agenda template and press "Save". Your templates are under the Tools Template Library tab in the left menu.
The agenda is regularly saved automatically. Once the agenda is complete, click "Mark the agenda as done" to proceed and send the meeting invitation. You can preview the agenda before it is marked as done in the "Preview" tab.
