Accessing standard phrases
All the organisation’s saved standard phrases can be found by clicking Meetings > Standard Phrases in the left menu.
Creating a new standard phrase
- Click the "New phrase" button.
- Enter the text you want to save.
-
Tip! Use dynamic tags (Hashtags): To make the phrase smart, you can use hashtags that automatically fetch the name of the person in a specific role.
- Example: Write "The protocol secretary elected was #secretary", and the tag will automatically be replaced with the correct name in the current minutes.
- Also works for, for example, #chairperson and #adjuster.
- Finish by clicking "Create phrase". Your phrase will now appear in the list and is ready to use.
