Maximise efficiency with dynamic hashtags
By using hashtags (#) in your texts, you reduce the risk of typos and avoid manually entering names or details that already exist in the system.
Benefits of hashtags
- Automation: Role names (e.g., secretary or chairperson) are automatically inserted into the text.
- Fewer errors: You ensure that organisation numbers and names are always correct.
- Flexibility: If a person is replaced in meeting settings or within the organisation, the hashtag name is updated. This is especially suitable if hashtags are used in the agenda template.

Available hashtags
When writing in the agenda or minutes, you only need to type the symbol # to get a list of suggestions. You can also start typing the hashtag name to filter the list (e.g., #org to find organisation details).
The following hashtags are preset in the system:
- #chairman – Retrieves the name of the meeting’s chairperson.
- #secretary – Retrieves the name of the meeting secretary.
- #reviewer – Retrieves the names of the appointed adjusters.
- #reviewer_including_chairman – Retrieves the names of the appointed adjusters and the chairperson.
- #nextmeeting – Retrieves the date of the next scheduled meeting.
- #organization_name – Retrieves the name of your organisation.
- #organization_number – Retrieves the organisation number of your organisation.
Create your own hashtags for unique roles
Do you need more roles, such as a #meeting_coordinator, you can create your own hashtags linked to your own specific roles. Read more about how to configure custom roles in the guide Custom roles. To use a custom tag, type the first letters (e.g., #mee), and the option will appear in the list.
Important to note: If you use hashtags when writing the agenda, roles with person associations (e.g. #sekreterare) will not be replaced by names immediately. This is because these roles are determined when the minutes themselves are written.
