When meeting folders with associated minutes are created in Boardeaser, they are automatically padlocked to prevent accidental moves. This is because documents such as previous minutes may need to be downloaded to different locations within the system.
If you want to move a copy of the meeting folder, including the associated minutes, to a different location, you can export it and upload it to any folder you prefer. However, just so you know, the original minutes will remain locked in their original folder.
