The purpose of the meeting overview is to gather everything related to a meeting in one place and see who reads what before the meeting.
Having information and meeting documents in one place saves time and work. The meeting overview ensures that the board members always have access to the relevant documents before a meeting.
Find the meeting overview
Links to the meeting overview can be found in several places. In the Board room, it is in the top left corner when the Upcoming meeting is shown and on the specific meeting.
You can also reach the meeting overview by clicking "Meetings" and "All meetings" in the left menu.
Meeting information
You can access all the information about the current meeting, including the date, place, theme/purpose, preparations, and who is invited to it.
Previous minutes
See the previous meeting minutes.
Readings
See which members have read the meeting material, such as the agenda and attachments.
A green dot means the member has read the information and/or attachments.
Agenda
You can read and participate in the agenda material, comment on it, and see comments and suggestions for tasks, reports, and attachments. The agenda is marked as read when you have read the entire agenda up to and including the end of the page. Alternatively, there is the "Mark as read" button, where you can manually mark that you have read the agenda.
Decision follow up
Take part in decision follow-up. You can see and write comments from here by clicking "Comments".
Take part in written comments or comment yourself.
You can view a more detailed decision by clicking on the title of the decision.
From here, you can change the decision status and send a reminder.
Meetings follow-up, reports follow-up and attachments
There is also the possibility of following up on meetings and reports and participating in attachments attached to the current meeting. Click on the files to view the information.
