Administrator roles in Client Manager
There are three standard administrator roles in Client Manager:
- Super administrator: Super administrators can administer the entire Client Manager. They also have access to all organisations connected to Client Manager
- Administrator: Administrators can administer all organisations, but not Client Manager itself. Administrators can upload new organisations, edit organisations and remove the connection between Client Manager and an organisation.
- Restricted: Restricted administrators can only administer the organisations to which they have been assigned.
Organisation roles
For individual organisations, there are several standard roles covered in the guide Standard roles.
Custom roles
You can also activate, create and manage custom roles both in Client Manager and for each organisation. See more in the guide Custom roles
Add an administrator in Client Manager
Click "Administration" > "Administrators" in the left-hand menu. This displays all Client Manager administrators. To add an administrator, click the "New administrator" button.
Enter the contact details and specify which Client Manager role the user should have. Then select the organisation or organisations the user should administer. Complete the process by clicking "Create administrator".
Add and manage dedicated administrators in an organisation
In addition to administering organisations, you can set up the administrator so they also appear by name in the user lists in the organisation’s boardroom. This means that the user is displayed in lists for editing reports, being invited to meetings and similar activities. The organisation is also displayed in the user’s "My organisations" list.
You can also set a specific role for a dedicated administrator in an organisation. Either one of the standard roles (Administrator, Observer, or Restricted) or a custom role created in Client Manager. See the guide Custom roles
